About Me

"There is poison in the fang of the serpent, in the mouth of the fly and in

the sting of a scorpion; but the wicked man is saturated with it."~ Chanakya

Aconitum Lovien

Soon after the Apocalypse took affect, a small purple flower broke through the ruined soil of the Tainted Lands. From it's deadly pollen, a slender young woman emerged in a fourish of bright peddles and thus, Aconitum was born.

Upon entering the Tainted Lands, the young woman had very little knowledge of the land prior to her arival and was only equiped with basic skills in the english language. However, just a short time after her "birth", Aconitum quickly advanced, gaining vast knowledge on her new home and extinguishing just a bit of her broken english due to her species' ability to learn quickly from their surroundings.

Aconitum, a slender, fair skined woman with hair as black as night and eyes as green as the poison she so vigorously consumes, is the last of her kind and the only one to ever step foot in the Tainted Lands. Aconitum is what's known as a poison drinker, a very deadly being that is born from the pollen and peddles of poisonious organisms such as the plant Aconite or Aconitum.

This species is a very lethal one due to its primary defence mechanism which is to highten the acidity of their bodies, being able to melt through just about anything with the brush of a fingertip. Therefore, it is incredibly dangerous to touch their bare skin. Once a poison drinker's skin is touched, the toxins expelled will cling to the victim, slowly eating away at the unfortunate soul's body and could very well result in death unless the poison drinker is forgiving enough to take it's deadly poisons back.

"This is true. Although I can't see why one of, if not the, most powerful nations would need much help from unworldly deities. Anywho, this has been a lovely debate. Now I bid you adieux." With that Eryx was gone.

"The Greeks were an intellectual society, I can't see why they would spend there time believing in non-sense such as gods. Maybe as a sign of hope?" Eryx loved a good debate here and there.

"Perhaps," Eryx stated agreeing with Acon, "I enjoy my being, and my power." When she said something about him being a deity of sorts he replied briefly "I doubt I'd be godlike at all. Maybe rather satanic. I love death and destruction especially if I'm the death bringer."

Eryx then pointed to himself in sort of shock, "Me? Interesting?" He laughed a bit. "Oh no honey, you see I'm just a hunk of meadle with a nuclear reactor and some flesh. I'm far from interesting."

"That is so intriguing.." Eryx quietly though to himself, "A goddess with the power to kill anything." He proceeded to touch her hand to see if she's real. "This is no dream."

"Pleasure is all mine." He eyed her up and down. "What is your species?"

Her emotionless face soon broke to a wide grin. "Greetings!" Cosmo bowed. Her eyes seemed to be luminous as she was in Acons presence. "I'm named Cosmo. And you would be?"

Eryx appeared out of a sliver of plasma and walked towards Acon. He was in his no armor form and relatively calm. "My name is Eryx." He extended his massive bionic arm in a greeting.

Cosmo approached Acon, finding someone without stars in their eyes but a deadly gaze. The girls face was emotionless as she scanned the woman up to down. She saw Acons corrupted veins of poison and how it affected her DNA. She then would peer up at Acon deciding to speak or not..

I couldn't help but smile at the honorifics. Man, she must've been real serious about staying on my good side. Can't blame her for trying though. My head tilted slightly at the mention of my species. So she must've heard of me. Explains why she'd pick me out from the crowd. My smile became a grin, "You're not a bother. It's almost the opposite; gives me something to do." I paused, and curiously added," So tell me... how'd you hear of me?"

Her bow didn't change much of my opinion, though it did win a touch of my favor. I appeared to visibly soften, and finding little reason to continue my cold behavior, I responded, "I see. I'm Mell~ nice meeting you." My eyes searched hers, and getting a feel for what she was, I asked, "So you're a demon?" It could have easily been made a statement, though I decided to play along; sustain the conversation; let her elaborate.

I gazed back at the stranger skeptically. Whoever she was, she must've be looking for something, and clearly looking in all the wrong places. Surely she knew the only good that would come out of me would be a sudden death. I inclined my head. Then again, maybe she didn't. Couldn't say for sure how bright she was by the look of her. Nonetheless, I offered a friendly tip of my head and blinked expectantly for her name, or some sort of explanation for approaching.
