The Tainted Blood

About Me

Tall, levelheaded, and stonefaced, the ancient necropath Spiritwolf harbors a singleminded ambition: to reclaim the land that he once held prior to theh apocalypse. Resurrected by an unknown power alongside many of his fellow Senzoryans, Spiritwolf remains as dangerous as he was in his former life. Harboring the same abilities he once held in the form of various spectral weaponry, sorcery, and the innate powers of an ancient necropath, Spirit remains hellbent on restoring the status quo that he once knew with him, and his wife Mell, at the head of Senzoryan politics. With renewed fire in his life, Spiritwolf seeks his rightful throne with each calculated, and deliberate step.

"I live for the finer things in life--that is to say, cigars, my wife, and murder."

"Everything understands music, for it is the very voice of the soul. Why else, would inanimate objects resonate at certain harmonic levels? They too, are moved by the heavenly beauty that is music."

Demure and shy, the graceful MUSE-A, better known as Musee, is the court bard for Zephora, a legendary musician recognized by much of Atlona despite her short stay. In reality an android made of trillions of nanobots, Musee was created by the inventor Arad, alongside her brothers and sisters, to show the galaxy the wonders and purity of music. Even so, as her popularity and fame exploded on her homeworld, war began to brew, and Arad stored her musical memory away in order to reprogram her for war.

Becoming one of the fiercest assassins the galaxy over, she created a bloody and horrific reputation, never once failing a mission. Feared for her tactical knowledge and sheer skill with nearly any form of weaponry, Musee's  greatest asset came in the form of her nanobot body, which could form any weapon (and previously any instrument) or armor based on the situation. Holding the ability to regenerate and cloak at will, Musee, the finest of Arad's androids, became the prime target for the anti-war movement. Her fellow androids recalled to her homeworld as the war ended, they were decommissioned and destroyed by order of the Parliment, and Arad arrested and executed for having created such monstrosities. Musee, ever clever, discovered this plot, and in her rage, nearly destroyed the entirety of the capital city. Fleeing, Musee wandered for nearly ten years, evading bounty hunters, before ultimately finding the true solace she needed deep in her memory.

Resigning her life to that of passivity and love, she returned to her former profession and resolved to lead a life devoted entirely to music. Inevitably, the bounty hunters would come for her, but ever since, Musee has never once isntigated a fight, and likewise, she too, has never once lost a fight. Kindhearted and bright, the serene Musee carries a burdensome past and an unseen fervor in battle completely foreign to Atlona. Whatever the case may be, her loyalty lies only to Zephora, her feudal lady that she would die to protect.

"Understand that everything must end, even a symphony. Your life too will end in but a moment. Perhap some day I shall compose a song of your defeat."

"Oh, good." Cady brightened. "At least it's not anything bad. You had me worried there for a second." o.o;

"But I feel bad about it." Dez stared at the apple, and huffed.

Eric didn't immediately respond when Revenant started to leave. He considered his options carefully. "I'll try to conceal that side of me, as well as keeping Cady's mother happy."

Cady went rigid. She glanced at her mother before she nodded slowly. "I know them. But I- I don't know from where exactly." She hesitated. "I have dreams about it. Like places I didn't even know existed. Is that somehow related to that, do you think?"

"Oh, thank goodness.." Cady huffed with relief, as if the tea could have really been problematic. She tipped her head a little though. "Sounds fun," she laughed. "I'll be able to beat demons down left 'n right." x3

"W-what is it?" Cady lowered her cup of tea. "Did something happen to my face? Is it the tea? It's the tea isn't it?" ;o;

"Hm.." Cady considered her friends. Eric hadn't, and Astrid or Dez wouldn't. She shook her head again, "No. None of them have said it~"

"Eheh~" Cady shook her head. "I'm not sure." In fact she hardly recalled using it. It just came naturally. "I don't remember where it came from," she admitted. She blinked, "Should I stop?" o.o

o.o Cady gaped at the idea. "Oi..." She stared into her tea as she imagined what her grandmother was like. She imagined her to be legendary. Cady smiled and took another gulp of her tea.

"That's so flippin' cool~!" Cady's eyes shined. She aggressively downed the rest of her tea and poured herself another cup. "Grandma must've been awesome," she mused.

"Aw.." Cady sipped the tea sullenly. It was pretty cool how it worked out though, being that they all represented one of the elements. Cady lowered her cup to put more sugar in. "Pity you can't anymore. What about snow? Can you manipulate that, too?" o.o

"Ohh, cool." o.o "Sure~! I'll have some." She casually took one of the teacups and dropped in some sugar. She stirred it before trying some. "You could make wicked ice sculptures, I bet."

"Course not! It's true you are." Cady crossed her arms. "Your the most proper person I know, that's somethin'. And hey~ I bet you could kill just about anyone, 'specially with yer speed." She nodded, "Perfect in your own way." xP Ahh so it was true; she was just trying to cheer her up, but she wasn't lying.

"Not even this?" Dez held out an apple in her hand. She smiled, shrugging her shoulders, while watching him.

Cady smirked and laughed with a hand over her mouth. Her mother's mention of Rev scolding them both was a funny thing to imagine. She snickered, "Rev's awesome." xP

Dez turned to see him hanging upside down, mouth decently fully of apple. She raised a brow and chuckled lightly at him. "I've come to gift you something."

Dez walked up cautiously, but on a mission. "Recluse?" She asked, looking around; waiting.

Cady smirked playfully. It was true, the treasure- it does things to people. "She was like me?" :0 Her eyes sparkled.
